The chocolate is made from the finest cacao beans specially selected from 8 different areas of Vietnam. The Marou chocolate is produced in Ho Chi Minh City and is very close to our ice cream shop in Vietnam. Therefore we have a very good relationship with the chocolate manufacturer.
What is even more special about Marou chocolate, is that the cacao beans are not alkalised. This means that the chocolate keep its natural, fresh and slightly sour taste.
Marou chocolate is awarded the title as the best chocolate in the world in several categories.
This is of course the chocolate we use in our ice cream/sorbets.
