This dessert is ready to serve.
Choose up to three different ice cream or sorbet flavours from the following variants:
Sorbet:
Strawberry, sea buckthorn, lemon, rhubarb, and elderflower.
Ice cream:
Chocolate, stracciatella, salted caramel
How can you expect you cake to look?
Based on your desired ice cream/sorbet flavours, we choose one type of ice cream/sorbet to form the outer layer. From here, the remaining layers are made and the cake is decorated as described below.
Ice cream cake
with brownie bottom:
Will be decorated as the pink cake with small ice cream demispheres and brownie pieces. Note that the brownie is gluten free but contains egg.
Ice cream cake
with dark chocolate crunch base:
Will be decorated as the pink cake with small ice cream demispheres and crunch. Note that the crunch contains gluten.
Ice cream cake
with 'just' ice cream:
Will be decorated with chocolate / freeze-dried berries / what we think goes well for the cake. .
IMPORTANT
In the comment field under "add to cart", you have to specify the pick up date (at least 2days from this date) and the 3 desired flavours.
If this is not done, we reserve the right to choose any 3 flavours in the cake for pick up 2 days from the ordering date.
The ice cream cake will be handed out in a cake box from a -22 °C freezer and can last for approximately 20 minutes outside of a freezer. If the cake needs to be transported for longer, it is possible to add thermo packaging of the cake. Please select this under "pickup".
